Dorothy's School Of Dance was asked to perform at the Press Launch of Billy Elliot The Music which opens on Broadway this Fall 2008 (October 1st Previews & November 13th Opening Night). This event took place in NYC at the Performing Arts School. As the press entered, they first saw our young ballerinas taking a class. 

Off course our very own, Trent Kowalik was announced to be one of the three "Billys" for the Broadway cast, after being a veteran from their extremely sucessful London Show.

After our little dancers performed we were treated to watch the press launch itself and were treated to a performance of the three Billys who danced and sang after Sir Elton John played and sung himself!

Sir Elton John himself, came over and acknowledged our very own "tiny dancers" with hand shakes and pats on the head for a job well done. 

Just two weeks before, a film crew was at Dorothy's School Of Dance where they filmed the students dancing, interviewed staff members and Trent. All for an upcoming documentary about "The Billys" of Billy Elliot!
